For the past 20 years, I repeatedly experimented with working out and eating (or not eating) as I struggled with weight and body image since my teenage years.
I am best described as a nurturing & compassionate yet straight-forward, no fuss trainer. I love efficiency and am result-driven.

My clients range from early 20s to late 70s. What my clients and I have in common is we work hard, but are also down-to-earth and easy-going.
