About Nathan
I’m Nathan Kayembe, fitness coach and also a part-time writer. So I’m just a simple guy who just wants to see others reach their goals whether it’s through fitness or other aspects. I’m there to guide you through it because I did not receive the support I needed, so I pushed myself and motivated myself to push until I got what I wanted, and that was fitness. Basically, my job is to push you to do better and also help you with your health as well.
