About Benedicte
What I know about humans, I learned from a rich and unusual life and encounters, in France and during many trips, to men, women and children, coming from all social circles, and having an intelligence and an immense love for Life. Early child and hypersensitive, I leave home at 14 to study music in Paris. I'm leaving the beaten path of a career as a Director of Art. At the age of 24, while traveling in India, I saw an imminent death experience following a road accident. This experience radically transforms my view of the world and my behaviors. At 37, I decided to devote myself to the teaching and practice of music and singing and the accompaniment of people going through moments of crisis, or wishing to evolve.

Inspired by my background and experience, I created a method of accompaniment in 30/60/90 days to allow everyone to reconnect with its fundamental nature, healthy, peaceful and joyful and express it in all areas of his life. It allows you to do, at home, a regular and fun personal work, pledge of true changes. An NDE (imminent death experience) at the age of 24 has allowed me to reconnect with very fine perceptions that I put at your service. I accompany you according to your needs, defined during a first interview.

Bénédicte est une passionnée et elle sait transmettre sa passion avec talent et avec toute la bienveillance qui la caractérise ! En voyant la progression de ma fille de 10 ans dès les premiers cours de guitare / chant (qui adore sa prof de guitare évidemment !), je me suis lancée aussi. Quel plaisir ces cours dans la bonne humeur et l'humour ! Et quel plaisir de me découvrir une voix que je ne me connaissais pas grâce à elle, et d'être déjà autonome à la guitare en quelques cours. Prof oui.. mais coach et amie aussi sans aucun doute !
