About Laura
I grew up in an island where Spanish is the first language and barely any kid learns English. Those who do learn English learn out of commitment so most of English/Spanish speakers are completely fluent in both languages. Getting the chance to be the one person who teaches you I will be translating every inch of conversation so you can get a glimpse of the ideas and differences between both languages. I’m currently continuing written journalism in Mesa College in San Diego California so my written and speaking skills in Spanish and English could really benefit any student looking for a Spanish tutor.

Just like you I had to take an English class that helped me improve on my second language learning more English than the average Caribbean kid. So understanding a person’s background is big on my end. Having the ability to be fluent in both languages can open up a large community of opportunities that both the student and I can benefit from.
