About LaPorsche

BIO: LaPorsche is an award-winning journalist, media personality, video podcast host and content creator who works every day to change the world by using a journalistic magnifying glass to examine and help explore culture in its many different forms. LaPorsche has earned three degrees (so far). She is an alumna of the University of Georgia. She has an A.B.J in Digital & Broadcast Journalism and a B.A. in Communication Studies. She also received a Master’s degree from Texas State University in Educational Technology with a specific focus on Talent Development and Digital Media Instruction. She lives by two quotes: 1. "I dream it, I grind hard, I work till I own it" -Beyonce. 2."I'm not saying I'm going to rule the world or change the world, but I guarantee I will spark the brain that will change the world…that's our job to spark somebody else watching us" - Tupac Shakur Recognitions: She is a 2021 Edward R. Murrow recipient. She also received a Certificate of Excellence as an Outstanding Media Personality from Def Jam Recordings during the 2021 NBA All-Star Weekend. Once hired, I create a lesson plan catered to that student and also run it past their guardians. I truly believe in collaborative studies. The best learning happens when we are all on the same page.
With a Master of Education (M.Ed.), I excel in teaching students from middle school to the graduate level.
