About Rosie
With more than 20+ years of teaching experience and over 5580 students successfully mentored, I have helped learners achieve remarkable progress in violin performance and musical understanding. My experience includes beginners, intermediate players, advanced students, performers, and examination candidates.
Many former students have participated in orchestras, recitals, competitions, chamber ensembles, music festivals, and advanced music programs. Their achievements demonstrate the impact of consistent practice, expert guidance, and a supportive learning environment.
I believe the violin is an instrument capable of extraordinary artistic expression. My mission is to help learners develop technical mastery, musical confidence, and a lifelong passion for performance and creativity.

Violin lessons are designed to help learners build strong technical skills while developing expressive musical performance abilities. Training includes posture, bow control, intonation accuracy, rhythm development, scales, music theory, sight reading, ear training, repertoire development, performance preparation, and ensemble participation. Lessons are structured to support continuous improvement and musical confidence.
Students participate in technical exercises, performance workshops, interpretation sessions, sight-reading activities, listening development tasks, ensemble practice, and guided practice planning. Lessons encourage both discipline and creativity while helping learners strengthen their overall musicianship.
Advanced learners explore advanced repertoire, expressive phrasing, audition preparation, solo performance refinement, orchestral techniques, ensemble leadership, artistic interpretation, and professional-level violin studies. This methodology supports long-term growth and performance excellence.
