I began my journey in nursing school at 19 and have since navigated roles from transporter to patient care technician, nurse, and now a director at a large urban hospital. My diverse experience in the hospital setting equips me to offer you insights that go beyond textbooks. Working as a Nurse and an Educator, my goal is to help you truly understand the material and connect care to real life situations.
Teaching is my passion, and I thrive in the educational environment. I understand the challenges you face and am here to provide the extra support you need to succeed. As a student I struggled when I first started nursing school at 19. I found that I was memorizing the material but not applying it.
During our first session we will discuss you: What you are hoping to achieve, what barriers you are experiencing and a path for how you can be successful.
I met an amazing mentor who help me to understand their is a specific way to study as a nurse. This a unique method helped me become a straight A student in school and even better nurse.
My goal is to identify ways to help students best understand the material, not only for testing purposes but also for their futures as nurses. We will work together to understand the pathology behind disease processes in a fun easy way.
Every person learns differently so individualized plans can be tailored to your needs. Some students benefit from case studys andadditional resources. Let me know if this is sometthing you are intrested in.

Perfect! I had the best experience working with Erin as my nursing tutor! She’s super flexible and always willing to work around my schedule, which made things so much easier. Erin is incredibly supportive and just genuinely nice — she creates a really comfortable learning environment.

I cannot recommend my nursing tutor enough. Her help throughout my cardiology class made a huge difference in both my understanding of the material and my confidence as a nursing student. Cardiology was one of the most challenging subjects for me, but she was patient, knowledgeable, and always explained difficult concepts in a way that actually made sense.
She helped me break down complex topics like EKG interpretation, cardiac medications, heart rhythms, and patient care into manageable pieces. Beyond just helping me study for exams, she taught me how to critically think and apply the information in clinical situations. Her support, encouragement, and dedication played a major role in helping me successfully pass not only cardiology, but nursing school overall.
I truly appreciate the time and effort she put into helping me succeed. Last semester, I failed my Management/Leadership course at my university. I’m repeating the course this semester.
I failed the first exam last semester with a 68%. Today, I was so ECSTATIC to tell Erin I PASSED with a 78%! I could NOT have done it without her help.
I have the WORST test anxiety to the point it causes physical symptoms to occur, but Erin made me feel so confident after all our sessions that it severely decreased my anxiety today, allowing me to think clearly and perform my best!
I’ve been in nursing school since 2018—25 years old now. Never really had a concrete “end date” of when graduation would be due to failing multiple times.
