About Siddhartha
I completed my post graduation (M.A. in English) from the University of Calcutta in 2011. After Passing National Eligibility Test (NET) in 2013, I Obtained the degree of M.Phil. in 2016. After serving as a college paid guest lecturer from 01/09/2015 to 13/02/2017, I was enrolled as a PhD student under the University of Calcutta on 16th June, 2017. I submitted my thesis on 7th June, 2023 under PhD. Regulations 2016 for consideration of the University for award of the PhD degree in English. I have been admitted to the aforesaid degree on June 26, 2024. In the meantime I have been able to publish research articles in three UGC CARE LISTED/Peer-reviewed journals and participate in a National Conference and a webinar. I look forward to remain well-informed about modern teaching methods to enhance the learning experience of my students.

My preferred teaching mode is mainly based on student-centric instructional methods with a close eye to their creative self-expression regarding the understanding of the subject. My job as a teacher is to facilitate them with sufficient exposure and a lot of interactive sessions which would make them interested in the concerned subject, informing focused learning with the help of their previous knowledge.
