About Rory
I have two Master's degrees (Linguistics & English Language, Creative Writing), I've been giving private lessons for six years and have taught in schools in Japan and France. I've taught classes of up to fifty students but also given one-on-one lessons. I've had students of every ability level and all ages (my eldest was 96!)

My teaching method is practice-based, with lots of activities to complete and games to play, focussing on making the material accessible and interesting. I introduce a concept, I put it into practice with two activities and then I have the class teach me the concept to ensure their understanding.
