About Anastasia
I have been practicing yoga since my childhood. During my adolescence in San Francisco Recently I took the decision to "formalize" my knowledge with a diploma I obtained at the Sadhana Spirit School of Yoga in Barcelona, a school certified by the International Yoga Alliance the most recognized in the world of Yoga). I taught during our numerous trainings at school but also home courses and group classes (especially outside - beach park etc).
