About Jenny

My extensive experience as a Teaching Assistant has equipped me with the skills necessary to provide individualised support that fosters both academic and personal growth. Having worked closely with SEND students, I understand the unique challenges they face and the importance of tailored interventions that address their specific needs. My commitment to safeguarding practices has allowed me to create a safe and supportive atmosphere, ensuring that students feel secure and valued. My ability to connect with students, combined with my organisational skills and proficiency in implementing effective strategies.

About the lesson

I bring a comprehensive skill set that makes me an excellent candidate for tutoring, especially for students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). My strong communication abilities allow me to convey concepts effectively and customise my methods to suit diverse learning preferences. I emphasise active listening to fully grasp my students' inquiries and concerns. I also embody patience, understanding that each learner progresses at their own speed. I am dedicated to offering the support required for students to comprehend difficult topics without feeling pressured. My background working with SEND students has prepared me to design individualised interventions that promote a constructive learning atmosphere. Furthermore, my organisational skills empower me to develop well-structured lesson plans that target specific educational goals, while remaining adaptable to the student's evolving needs. Ultimately, my commitment to establishing a nurturing and inclusive environment ensures that my students feel appreciated and motivated to achieve their fullest potential. I am enthusiastic about facilitating student success and look forward to contributing to their educational experiences.
