About Sasha
I am currently a high school senior, meaning that I am currently in the last English class you can take in your K-12 years. Each year, I learn something new as I challenge myself academically as a new term starts again. I’ve been involved in various writing competitions, spoken word showcases, and have taken AP Literature and Composition. These experiences have all been successful for me and inspire me to share all of the knowledge I have gained from the past couple of years to everyone else.

Reading and writing has always been something that I indulge in. However, that wasn’t always the case. I wasn’t the best reader and speaker as a child, which meant that I had to be in our school English Language Learner program. This experience has allowed me to grow and understand the importance of helping those around us about reading and writing, because those two things are at the base of our knowledge. Now, I am very grateful for those in the ELL program that helped me, and feel the need to give back to my community.
