About Mohamed

I am a dedicated final-year Economics student with a rigorous academic background that includes two years of intensive study in Physics and Applied Sciences. My journey has always been driven by a passion for logic, mathematics, and clear communication.

What defines me as a professional is my track record of excellence. I am a global finalist in prestigious international competitions, including the Hult Prize and the TANDEM DigiArt Awards. These experiences, along with my background in public speaking, have equipped me with the unique ability to break down complex, intimidating topics into understandable and actionable insights.

Currently, I am based in Romania as a volunteer facilitator for the European Solidarity Corps, where I lead workshops and mentor diverse groups of young people. This role has further refined my patience and my ability to adapt my teaching style to meet the individual needs of every student.

When you study with me, you are not just getting a tutor; you are working with a mentor who is committed to your growth. I bring a high level of professionalism, cultural awareness, and a results-oriented mindset to every lesson.

My goal is to provide a supportive environment where you feel confident to ask questions, tackle challenges, and ultimately master the subjects of Algebra, Calculus, and Mathematics.

About the lesson

As a final-year Economics student with two years of intensive coursework in Physics, I understand that Algebra and Calculus can often feel like a foreign language.
My teaching approach is designed to demystify these subjects by breaking down complex formulas into simple, logical steps. I don't just teach you how to solve an equation; I teach you why the math works, using real-world examples from finance and science.

My Teaching Method:

I use an "Analytical-Intuitive" method. This means we focus first on the logic behind the math so that you don't have to rely on memorization. I adapt my pace to your specific learning style, ensuring that we never move on until you feel 100% comfortable with the current topic.

A Typical Lesson Plan:

The Foundation: A 5-minute review of previous concepts to ensure there are no "gaps" in your knowledge.

The Breakdown: We tackle a new concept by looking at the theory and the "why" behind it.

Guided Solving: We solve multiple problems together, where I guide you through the logical "traps" and shortcuts.

Independent Mastery: You solve a final challenge on your own to build the confidence you need for exams.

What sets me apart?

Unlike traditional tutors, I am a global finalist in public speaking and entrepreneurship. This means I have the communication skills to explain difficult concepts clearly and engagingly. I bring a high level of patience and a "coaching" mindset to every session.

Who are these lessons for?

I specialize in helping middle school, high school, and early university students who want to build a solid foundation in Algebra, Calculus, or General Mathematics. Whether you are preparing for an exam or just want to stop feeling overwhelmed by math, I am here to help you succeed!

If you need a tutor who truly understands the 'why' behind the math, Mohamed is the one. Having a dual degree in Physics and Economics gives him a massive advantage. He helped me tackle difficult calculus and statistics problems by showing me how they apply in the real world. He is very structured, never skips steps, and ensures you have a solid foundation before moving on. He is professional, reliable, and his international experience really shows in his high standard of teaching.

Mohamed is a fantastic tutor.
My son was really struggling and had lost all his confidence in Math. Mohamed has this amazing, patient way of breaking down complex problems step-by-step. He doesn't just teach formulas; he explains the logic behind them. Because of his background in Physics, he makes Math feel practical and easy to understand. My son went from being frustrated and 'lost' to actually enjoying his lessons. I can’t recommend him enough to any parent looking for a tutor who actually cares about the student's progress.
