I like to interact with my students and tailor my teaching to their needs. I feel a lot of students perform better when engaged, so I try to use visual aids as much as I can. In my experience the biggest obstacle students have is confidence, so I try to instill a culture of optimism in my classes. It has been very successful. I welcome feedback to improve your experience.
