About Briella
My interest in economics began with curiosity about how decisions affect resources and outcomes in everyday life. This led me to complete a Master’s in Economics, where I developed strong analytical and reasoning skills. Over the past 9 years, I have worked with students from different levels, helping them understand economics in a simple and structured way. My experience has helped me adapt my teaching style effectively.
I believe that economics should be taught in a practical and relatable way. My teaching approach focuses on simplifying complex topics into smaller parts using examples and clear explanations. I encourage students to ask questions and think independently, which helps them build confidence and deeper understanding. I also provide continuous guidance and feedback to ensure steady improvement.
Outside teaching, I enjoy reading about economic trends and real-world developments. This helps me keep my lessons updated and relevant. Teaching economics is meaningful to me because I get to help students understand important concepts that affect daily life. Seeing them grow in confidence and understanding is something I truly value.

Economics becomes easier when students understand how it connects to everyday decisions rather than seeing it as theory alone. In my lessons, I explain topics such as demand and supply, markets, economic systems, and decision-making using simple and clear language. I break down each concept into smaller steps so students can follow without confusion. I also use real-life examples like pricing, business choices, and daily expenses to make learning meaningful. Each session is calm and supportive, helping students build confidence step by step.
As students improve, lessons become more focused on application and deeper understanding. Beginners start with basic concepts and simple explanations. Intermediate learners work on graphs, analysis, and problem solving. Advanced learners focus on detailed understanding, structured answers, and exam preparation. I provide regular practice, revision, and feedback to help students improve steadily and gain confidence.
Economics also helps students develop logical thinking and decision-making skills. As they progress, they begin to understand how choices affect individuals and society. They become more aware of real-world situations and develop a better understanding of how economies function. My goal is to make economics simple, clear, and practical so students feel confident in learning and applying it.
