About Leah
My interest in economics began when I started studying how societies organize the production and distribution of goods and services. I was particularly interested in understanding how economic policies and market forces shape financial decisions and influence economic growth. This curiosity motivated me to pursue a Bachelor’s in Economics and later complete a Master’s in Economics.
Over the past 7 years, I have worked with students who wanted to strengthen their understanding of economic concepts for academic studies and examinations. Through teaching experience, I realized that economics becomes easier when theories are explained using examples from real economic situations.
I focus on connecting economic principles with everyday financial and market events. My teaching approach encourages discussion, analytical thinking, and curiosity about economic systems. I aim to create a learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and exploring economic ideas in detail.

My economics lessons are designed to help students understand how economic systems influence the decisions made by individuals, businesses, and governments. Economics explains how resources are produced, distributed, and consumed within a society. In my lessons, I explain these ideas using simple explanations and practical examples so students can connect economic theory with real-world situations.
Lessons usually begin with the fundamental ideas of economics such as scarcity, opportunity cost, and the basic relationship between supply and demand. Once students understand these principles, they begin exploring topics such as consumer behavior, market competition, and price determination. These concepts help learners understand how markets function and how economic decisions affect different sectors of the economy.
Advanced lessons include topics such as inflation, unemployment, economic growth, and government policies. Students learn how economists analyze data and evaluate economic trends. My goal is to help learners develop analytical thinking skills so they can understand economic developments and interpret financial information with greater confidence.
