About Luna
My interest in economics began with a desire to understand why markets behave the way they do and why people make certain financial choices. This curiosity pushed me to pursue a B.A in Economic Theory, where I explored both microeconomic and macroeconomic reasoning. Over my 8 years of teaching, I’ve helped students approach the subject with clarity and confidence rather than anxiety or confusion. I teach economics with patience, enthusiasm, and a commitment to simplifying complex ideas. I enjoy guiding students through graphs, models, and real-world examples in ways that make learning feel intuitive. Many students start with uncertainty, but through structured explanation and supportive guidance, they begin to appreciate the subject’s logic and relevance. Helping learners grow more confident in analytical thinking is one of the most rewarding parts of my work. Outside teaching, I stay connected to economics by reading financial reports, studying market trends, and exploring global economic developments. These interests allow me to bring fresh, modern examples into my lessons. I find deep fulfilment in helping students build long-lasting skills in reasoning, interpretation, and independent thought.

Economics becomes more engaging for students when they see how theories connect to real choices, markets, and daily experiences. In my lessons, I break complex ideas—supply, demand, elasticity, cost structures, incentives, efficiency, trade, and macroeconomic trends—into simple, intuitive explanations. I focus on helping students understand concepts through relatable examples instead of memorising definitions. Each session is structured, calm, and discussion-based, encouraging learners to ask questions and think critically. I structure lessons based on each student’s level. Beginners learn the foundational ideas behind markets, scarcity, opportunity cost, and simple graphs. Intermediate students explore market structures, production analysis, revenue relationships, and behavioural economics. Advanced students study macroeconomic indicators, policy impacts, international trade, long-run growth, and exam-style interpretation. Throughout every lesson, I emphasise clarity, step-by-step reasoning, and confidence-building practice. Economics lessons also help students strengthen critical thinking, observation skills, and logical decision-making. Many learners become more aware of how small choices influence larger systems, and how economic reasoning applies far beyond the classroom. My goal is to help students understand the subject with confidence so they can interpret economic events and think independently about financial decisions.
