About James
I'm a motivated creative who aims to use his 6 + years design experience inspire and support the next set of creatives. Since leaving university I've embarked on my own career path, undertaking multiple roles from in house design, agency work to setting up and establishing my own self sustaining graphic design practice. My career for the past 3 years has been supported by the development of my next passion, teaching and meeting other students passionate about design and creating.
I've successfully been involved in developing and delivering 7 successful digital bootcamps for over 100 students, with many of these students moving into full time employment within the creative sector.
Prior to this I supported in the construction of design led workshops and lessons at Level 3.4 and pre degree within the visual arts, teaching students weekly on design tools, design led projects and supporting their skills within the Adobe Suite.

With 3+ years lecturing across the creative sector I provide theory/workshop based online 1 hour sessions to support your development within Graphic Design. I hold a BA (Hons) within Graphic Communication, am currently studying for my MA within Graphic design and have also run my own design practice for the past 5 years, working both nationally and internationally.
My current work sees me support students across the digital creative space, lecturing within the UX/UI field, as part of the DFE's national digital skills bootcamps.
Lessons are collaborative and creative but are supported by theory to allow you to expand on your design knowledge.
My lessons are entry level and are for beginners coming into the industry / wanting to skill up within this sector. The lessons are open to all ages and I welcome everyone who's motivated to get stuck in.
