About Arnav
I am a junior in Electrical Engineering at the University of New Mexico. I have multiple years teaching Calculus, Physics, and Programming to high school and college students so I am comfortable in an academic position. My goal is to enable students in STEM to have the toolkit needed to solve real-world problems.

My typical teaching method is repetition and pattern recognition. I will go over a few similar problems to get the pattern recognition activated and then have the student try to answer a question on their own. I know from experience that it can be difficult to find time to study, which is why I try to teach everything during the lesson. While I might give some work you can do at home, anything outside of the lesson would be optional just for a further understanding. What sets me apart as a tutor is I like to focus on the conceptual understanding before we get into solving problems. My lessons are mostly for first and second year STEM students and the occasional enthusiastic high schooler.
