About Rishma

"My work is rooted in the belief that meditation is the most direct path back to ourselves. After witnessing the transformative power of these practices in my own life and the lives of thousands of students globally, I facilitate sessions that do more than just quiet the mind—they reshape how you see the world. Together, we work to replace overwhelm with a grounded sense of joy, allowing you to move through life with newfound clarity and a heart open to the beauty of every experience."

About the lesson

I bridge the gap between high-intensity practice and profound stillness through a unique blend of diverse meditation modalities and custom-engineered soundscapes. My sessions are purposefully designed to be both guided and immersive, moving participants through a transformative journey that culminates in a state of deep, vibrant joy and lasting relaxation.

Perfect! The moment she said that I will take your feedback in the next class and will not disturb you after the class, I knew she has experienced what she is teaching. Her voice is very deep and her passion for meditation is clearly visible. Great for Osho's meditations.

Rishma's response
Raman has been a very enthusiastic person when it comes to meditating. His love for meditation inspires my work and process. Due to his previous experience in meditation, he can easily get in the flow and feel inner silence during the process.

Rishma undoubtedly conducts the meditations in a very sensitive and mature way. I love the way she connects individually and makes you feel relaxed. Her experience of years in this field has definately made her finely tuned to each persons needs and providing meditations accordingly. I would recommend her if you are looking for peace, silence and relaxation.

One can clearly see her passion for meditation. Her voice is very soothing and deep. The moment she said that she will take my feedback in the next class instead of doing it after the meditation session, I knew she has experienced what she is teaching. Rishma is particularly great at Osho meditations. Highly recommended!
