About Eleanor
Hello, I’m Eleanor — an artist, fashion designer, and creative tutor based in Portsmouth. I specialise in art therapy-inspired sessions that encourage self-expression, confidence, and emotional well-being through creativity. My background is in fashion design, corsetry, and textile art (I run my own boutique for tutus and corsets) alongside training in art therapy and mentoring. I also hold a tutor and mentor qualification, and I’m continuing to expand my skills through counselling and teaching courses. I know from my own journey with ADHD and dyslexia how powerful creativity can be in supporting focus, self-esteem, and healing. That’s why I’m passionate about guiding others through art — whether it’s painting, collage, textiles, or mindful creative practices. My approach is gentle, supportive, and inclusive. Everyone has creativity inside them — my role is to help you unlock it in a safe and inspiring space.
