Embracing AI: Essential Tools for a Future-Ready You in a Rapidly Evolving World!

As I was being transitioned to an administrative role in my organization, I was offered the chance to take computer lessons to expand on what were my very rudimentary skills regarding computing. For 35 years most of my career was building houses. I had limited computer experience due to the trade I was in, as well as a generational 'exposure gap' to said technology. Learning online seemed counterintuitive for me given that I had difficulty even logging onto a Zoom call at the time. I live in the northeast and she in the southwest, so in person learning wasn't an option. Nonetheless, after having an initial meeting with Etana, I chose her over local instructors here in my locale.
I studied with Etana a couple of days / hours a week initially. She immediately put me at ease with her pleasant and patient demeanor. Her knowledge base is expansive, and she never hesitated to consult outside resources to provide me with answers to obscure questions I had concerning some needs that might have been outside her focus of expertise. I found that level of humility endearing, and we both were able to learn together, so to speak. She always knew where to source additional information and steer me in the right direction. She taught me many navigational options to achieve the same end goals. She also never hesitated to revisit previous lessons that hadn't imprinted on my brain from days or weeks prior.
I possess the highest regard for Etana. She is a wonderful teacher and an amazing person. I would recommend her services wholeheartedly. Thanks to her I've acquired many of foundational skills that have enabled me to build my competency as an administrator, for which I am grateful.

Every time I finish a session with Etana, I leave feeling inspired and empowered. Last week, she blew my mind by describing some of Adobe Photoshop's capabilities! Etana strikes a wonderful balance between sharing her screen and allowing me to see how it's done, and having me share my screen so that I can try the teachings on my own (with her support). She looks to make the lesson as relevant and applicable to my job function as possible, encouraging me to come in with projects to work on, and she really tailors her session to what I want to learn.

She is incredibly patient, kind, and understanding, and I look forward to working with her every week! I could not recommend Etana more—she has opened my eyes to the state of design today and enabled me to feel more confident in my creativity.

In 2018, I got the idea to start a blog. The problem was that I didn’t know how to build a website and had never heard of WordPress, much less how to use it. Fortunately, I found Etana, and I explained to her that I wanted to learn how to build a website and do it one week at a time. So that’s what we did. We built my website using WordPress via a weekly hourly lesson. I can make simple changes to my site, but I call Etana when it gets beyond my capabilities. Since then, I have used her for anything requiring technology, including PowerPoint and MailChimp. Beyond that, Etana has a keen eye for art and design, and she also does my marketing materials. We’ve been working together for six years, and I see no end in site!

Etana was such a joy to learn from! I took lessons with her for several years and she taught me from the ground up about digital design programs. It was through her lessons that I become passionate about pursuing graphic design in college and am now a Design major at USC. I could not recommend her enough to anyone interested in getting into digital art or just wanting to become more proficient in the Adobe programs. She is the best!

Etana has been my WP mentor! If you want to take your website to the next level…then all you need is Etana! Great teacher, patient, calm and incredibly knowledgeable! The traits you look for in a teacher! I have learned soo many tricks and shortcuts that were not covered in any book I have read! I highly highly recommend her!

Etana is a great teacher! She taught me how to set up and maintain my own WordPress site. That is no easy task because I am not very tech savvy. She also came to my rescue when my website crashed and I had to start over on another web host. She is very patient and knowledgeable about her craft. I highly recommend Etana.

My daughter is very artistic but only had exposure to the fine arts space growing up. She decided she wanted to learn digital design and signed up with Etana to learn Adobe Suite when she was 15. By the time my daughter graduated high school she was not only proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, under Etana’s guidance she had developed a portfolio of projects that helped her gain acceptance into college as a Design major. Etana was an amazing teacher and mentor to my daughter. She is very experienced, patient, and always available for questions. She gave my daughter the skills she needed to flourish. I believe Etana is a trustworthy teacher because of her deep knowledge and expertise in the subjects she teaches. She has a patient and supportive teaching style that made me feel comfortable asking questions, no matter how simple or complex. Etana provided clear explanations and practical examples. She made sure that I understood the material fully.

I heard about Etana on one of the instructional platforms on the internet. I have worked with her for several years, creating pictorial directories as well as printed event programs for some of my organizations. Wanting everything to be perfect - I “Photo-shopped” everyone to make them look their best. Only with Etana’s patient and knowledgeable help, was this possible. She was always there when I needed her. She will be my “Superprof” as long as she is available. Don’t know what I would do without her on these intricate projects. She is so competent and easy to work with, with a wonderful sense of humor. I can highly recommend her!!!!!
