Andrew has cooked me several meals during his travels to Canada, often in my home—everything from beautifully presented avocados and an Iranian kuku dish to hearty salads and delicious burgers. His cooking always uses natural ingredients, feels healthy, and tastes incredible. I've known Andrew for 13 years. When he was my flatmate, I learned firsthand how good a cook he is, as he used to try out recipes both old and new on me. He's keen on using healthy ingredients, so there's the added bonus that his food is nutritious as well as tasty. As a teacher, he is patient but very positive and enthusiastic.

I met Andrew in Auroville, India, while he was volunteering at a vegan restaurant. He was deeply engaged in learning about food from a dedicated elder who had founded the place years ago. Though our time together was brief, his genuine enthusiasm, curiosity, and openness made a lasting impression. His positive energy and willingness to share and exchange ideas created a truly enriching experience.
