About Alexandra
I am a Singing tutor with 6 years of experience, having successfully taught over 250 High School and College students. I focus on helping students develop strong vocal techniques, improve pitch, tone, and breath control, and build stage presence. I believe that singing is both a technical skill and a form of emotional expression. My teaching philosophy emphasises patience, personalised guidance, and a supportive environment where students feel confident to explore their voice. Many of my students have participated in competitions, school events, and college festivals, earning recognition and awards. I aim to inspire students to enjoy music, express themselves creatively, and grow into confident and accomplished singers.

My singing teaching methodology focuses on adaptability, creativity, and positive communication. I understand that each student learns differently, so I design lessons to match individual pace and style. Lessons include warm-ups, breathing techniques, pitch training, tone development, and expressive singing. I use simple explanations and demonstrations to make learning clear. Creativity is encouraged through musical exploration and style experimentation. Diplomacy is central to my teaching. I provide gentle corrections and consistent encouragement, helping students overcome nervousness and build confidence. In addition to Singing, I teach rhythm training, ear training, basic music reading, vocal hygiene, posture, and stage presence. These subjects support overall vocal and musical growth.
