About Sharad
Namaste! I am a Manufacturing Engineer with focus on Lean Six Sigma (Continuous Improvement). Now you might be wondering why would I introduce myself as an Engineer, it doesn't relate anywhere near to life coaching! Well, my focus is continuous improvement whether it is in manufacturing, business processes or in Life. I have helped quite a few people working as a volunteer at Counselling & Psychological Services, during my time at Rochester Institute of Technology.

Step by step I will help you identify & overcome obstacles. I aim for long lasting results rather than immediate but temporary ones.
