Hello. I'm a Food Engineer with extensive career training and learning. My main training is Food Safety and nutrition but I love to train people in my maternal language Spanish. Sometimes Salsa classes :). Whatever I love to share with people my knowledge and have fun.

I think that the best way to learn is similar when you learn your maternal language. Sometimes we learn with translation and grammar. My teaching methodology is more visual, trying to avoid translation. However, we cannot avoid grammar :) and structures for writing and reading
