I am an experienced and results-driven professional with over 15 years of dedicated expertise in IT Consulting, outsourcing, offshoring, and team leading. I have a proven track record in planning, organizing and managing the overall implementation of IT resources according to the SLAs.
I am a collaborative and proactive professional who builds strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Known for my exceptional communication skills, which enable me to liaise with cross-functional teams and provide expert guidance effectively.
Currently, I am studying Master's degree from the University of Southern Queensland in Business and Information Systems.
I have coached and mentored teams who have become experts in their field.
Apart from IT, I can also teach Management, Leadership and Personality development.
