About Sreenand
Hello! I'm Sree, a current undergraduate engineering student at the University of Michigan, double-majoring in Biomedical Engineering and Computer Science and on track for Pre-Medicine.
I studied in the IB, or International Baccalaureate program, and have completed college coursework in multi-variable calculus, differential equations, discrete mathematics, mechanics and electricity & magnetism, and general chemistry.
I received a score of 1600 on the SAT and a 35 on the ACT in 2021. I was a board member of a local chapter of the National Math Honors Society as well. I was also awarded the Department Award for English Literature in my senior year of high school.
On a more personal note, I'm just a student, like you, who has hobbies like making art and playing volleyball.

As a person who loves learning, I focus on gaining a deep level of understanding of all concepts and information.
I'm able to teach any Math topic from basic arithmetic to multi-variable calculus (Calculus 3), Physics 1 & 2, General Chemistry, and AP/IB Biology. Lastly, I also offer SAT and ACT prep, full of advice and tips to maximize your scores. If you need help with any of these, come on over!
My teaching method involves a lot of close interaction and involvement and strongly encourages questions.
A typical lesson plan would include:
- An informal quiz to check current understanding
- Introduction and in-depth explanation of a topic
- Period of questions on the topic (but questions are allowed at any time :)
- Interactive Exercise time to gain practice with the topic
- Further questions, conclusions, and advice
Topics covered will usually be decided before class time to make them more efficient, but you can usually ask about anything you're curious about during a lesson.
