About Samuel
I am an electrical engineering student at the University of South Florida and a member of the Honors College! I am passionate about STEM education, problem solving, and helping others build confidence in challenging subjects. In the future, I hope to attend law school and pursue a career in patent and intellectual property law, combining my interests in technology, innovation, and advocacy, as well as engineering principles, such as the design process.

My tutoring approach focuses on making difficult concepts easier to understand by breaking them down step-by-step and adapting explanations to each student’s learning style. I believe students learn best when they actively engage with the material, ask questions freely, and build confidence through practice rather than memorization alone. My teaching methods include guided problem solving, real-world examples, visual explanations, and review strategies designed to strengthen long-term understanding.
What sets me apart as a tutor is my patience, adaptability, and strong academic background in engineering and mathematics, as well as my background in tutoring. From my experience, I know that every student learns differently, so I adjust the pace and teaching style to match each student’s needs. I want people to be confident in their overall abilities, and how they can apply what they have learned to any other subject.
My lessons are designed for any k-12 student that requires any help within math or science, with subjects including Algebra, Trigonometry, Calculus, Physics, Chemistry, and so much more.
