Arlene is a dedicated tutor. She tutored my son for his GCSEs in English. Her information as well as teachings were invaluable. He felt heard as well as informed during their sessions. Arlene was able to explain the importance of the literacy texts, the meanings behind the themes for the poetry sections and give clear and concise instructions on how to answer the questions based on exam requirements along with constructive feedback. We are grateful for her support for my son's GCSE exam preparation.
