About Cameron Mireille
With three years experience in tutoring, I have worked with numerous ESL students to improve literacy and writing skills. I have a BA in English and an MA in International Relations, and while working at the Cleveland State University Writing Center, every freshman student who completed their requisite tutoring sessions at the Writing Center passed their course! My skills are focused primarily on academic and business writing, but I also have experience in creative writing.

I work primarily with high school and college students, tailoring my curricula to the needs of the individual student. Lessons begin with an assessment of the student's needs, especially their goals in improving their skills. I strongly encourage a student to bring their syllabus with them so that I can get a good idea of what kind of skills their work requires and so that I can complement their current classes.
Some possible components of classes include: creating outlines for upcoming assignments; editing existing work or reviewing past assignments; practicing close reading; engaging in critical analysis of fiction or nonfiction works; grammar drills; or homework assignments designed to complement coursework.
