I'm a fourth year Literature and Philosophy Student at the University of Stirling, with an interest of going into academia to become a Higher Education Lecturer. I have a passion for proper education and inspiring others with a love for learning.

The best teachers are passionate, enthusiastic and driven by their own subject. I want to infuse my students with a curiosity for the subject and allow them to see how it relates to their own life at a larger level. There is no wasted knowledge or wasted education - everything is useful and develops certain skills, interests, or teaches you about yourself in some way. Few teachers are able to properly explain something to an individual because they are not taking the individual into account - they explain things from their own level and lack the skill to come at it from a younger or less experienced perspective. I take all of these things into account to promote the individual's own learning and growth as a mind and talent.
