I have been teaching English for the last 5 years. I build friendships with each of my students, regardless of age or gender. I always say that they don´t have to be ashamed of their accent / pronunciation, because if you have one, it means you speak at least one other foreign language and thats great!

I prefer to use Cambridge metadology in my classes. Each class starts with 15 min of conversation in English, because it is important to build English-speaking atmosphere. Each class we dedicate 10 min in phonetics, we work with sounds and pronunciation and the rest of time we work on all skills, which are needed to learn the language well and easily.
