Aida is such a wonderful friend. During my university days, I often find myself wondering “why does my essay just not have that level of impact” and the first person I ask help from to check cohesion would be Aida. It wouldn’t matter what subject my essay would be, her level of English is just talented. With such high level of English, she can communicate to me whats missing and later understand whats causing the barrier to assist me in overcoming my struggles.
Beyond that I had the opportunity to witness her teaching skills in a classroom during her internship at a local school teaching english. In one instance, she assessed her students and found that many preferred interactive gamified approach and tailored her class accordingly which improved their engagement, displaying her adaptability. English is a tough language for many non native speakers and what makes people improve is just support and structured exposure.
