About Peter
I hold a Master of Enterprise and a Bachelor of Arts (English), and have completed the Cambridge CELTA and the International Business English Training (IBET) programme. These qualifications complement my practical experience and help me design clear, supportive lessons tailored to each student’s goals.
After spending more than 25 years in business leadership, entrepreneurship and management, I developed a passion for helping others communicate more effectively and achieve their professional goals.
My career has included leading teams, managing businesses, presenting to stakeholders, training staff and working with people from a wide range of cultural and professional backgrounds. These experiences allow me to bring practical, real-world insights into every lesson rather than relying solely on textbook examples.
I hold a Master of Enterprise and a Bachelor of Arts (English), and I continue to develop my teaching expertise through professional training in Business English and communication. Students value my ability to explain complex ideas clearly, create a supportive learning environment and adapt lessons to individual needs.

My lessons are practical, personalised and focused on helping students achieve real-world communication goals. I begin by identifying your objectives and current level, then tailor lessons to your professional, academic or personal needs.
A typical 60-minute lesson combines focused language work with practical speaking or writing tasks. Depending on your goals, we might work on conversation, presentations, business writing, case studies, grammar or vocabulary. I use authentic materials where possible, such as workplace documents, articles, reports and realistic business scenarios. You’ll receive clear feedback and practical guidance on what to work on next.
I hold a Master of Enterprise, a Bachelor of Arts (English), the Cambridge CELTA and an IBET qualification. I also bring more than 25 years of experience in business leadership, management and professional communication, including designing and delivering Business English and communication programmes for university students and working professionals.
