About Lyka
Hello! I'm Lyka, a BS Psychology graduate and Registered Psychometrician with one year of experience teaching English to children online. I am passionate about creating a positive, patient, and encouraging learning environment where every child feels comfortable to learn and grow.
I understand that each child learns differently, so I adapt my teaching style to match their pace, interests, and needs. My teaching approach is patient, interactive, and encouraging. I use games, stories, pictures, and conversation-based activities to help children build their vocabulary, improve pronunciation, strengthen grammar, and develop confidence in speaking English. Each lesson includes a fun review, a new learning objective, guided practice, and positive feedback to keep students motivated and excited to learn.
My lessons are designed for young learners, from beginners to intermediate levels. My goal is to help every child enjoy learning English while building a strong foundation they can use both in school and in everyday communication.
