About Farhana
I am a 2nd year student studying a bachelors of applied science with masters of speech pathology
tutored for 3 years, with kids aged 4 to vce level. I have worked with agencies and privately and have worked one on one and in classrooms.
I graduated vce in 2017 with a 41 in english from suzanne cory high school, one of the 4 selective schools in the state.

My lessons are geared towards the students personal curriculum. I require all students to fill out a form of their performance as well as other information i might need and create lesson plans that target areas students are struggling with.
For example, if a student is studying a certain book and required an in depth look at themes and ideas i can do that by explaining the novel. If students struggle with particular areas i can also focus lessons towards improving set skills such as creative writing or speech.
I believe that it is important for each student to be involved in their learning and i appreciate feedback on where and what they believe they should focus on. I expect students to be immersed and involved in the learning process and work towards making students who might not be as passionate about learning, excited to attend lessons.
