About Macy
While my primary passion lies in music, education is a close second. I have held various roles in the field of education, including serving with AmericaCounts and AmericaReads, working as a tutor leader at a local high school, and teaching both music theory and conducting classes. Additionally, I have provided individual brass lessons and gained extensive experience working with students in a variety of educational settings.

I am a Music Education major with extensive experience in teaching music. I have been involved in band since seventh grade, beginning with the euphonium and later expanding my proficiency to include trombone and tuba. I have studied music theory for several years and have also provided tutoring in the subject on numerous occasions. Additionally, I served as the Drum Major and top conductor for my state, an experience that has led me to pursue further conducting studies and to teach conducting to others.
