About Marah
I am a Maths (up to GCSE level) tutor. I have experience in teaching Maths in a professional manner as I am a Secondary School teacher in the subject. I am passionate about the subject and this is shown in my enthusiasm when teaching it. I usually start a new topic with a bit of background information such as how it relates to other topics/subjects a student may have already come across. This helps in linking pieces of information together so that the topic is understood better. I make sure to go over specific questions, addressing any common misconceptions along the way, and I ensure pupils get a chance to practise questions on their own as this is the best way to learn maths!

Miss Subahi was so encouraging while she tutored me. She would always explain equations when I didn't understand them and always talked through the problems I was solving.
