About Emily
I am a primary school teacher who has a degree in Primary English Education BA (Hons) with Qualified Teacher Status who graduated in August 2019. I have experience working across all year groups within the primary setting, including those in Reception.
In my current workplace, I have preciously been based within Year 4, but now in year 2. I have a real love for learning and believe that half the battle is the children’s need to have confidence in their own abilities.

I believe that when a child is truly engaged with a task, it is when they are enjoying themselves and putting the task into practical contexts. This may mean that your child is diving deep into the lessons by using drama, or focusing on the grammar in an active way. As long as they’re enjoying themselves and understand what they’re doing, that is all that matters.
