About Lizzie
I started teaching English in South America in 2014. I taught private classes to teenagers, professionals, and diplomats in La Paz. I also tutored students for the TOEFL exams. When I returned to Cardiff in 2017 I taught groups of teenagers and adults at a local language school. Recently I taught a Cambridge First exam preparation class, and the students were all able to excel in the exam.

I am a student focused teacher. I use a mixed methodology and tailor my classes to meet the needs of my students. I often focus on conversation in most classes as this is the skill that most English learners need to practice. I generally give a small amount of writing for homework as it is something that can be done outside of class.
