I have an undergraduate degree in Psychology, and I have worked in Psychiatric Rehabilitation as a coach for over a year. I deliver workshops on stress management, anxiety management, and working with triggers. I do not have a state licence; I am not a licensed counselor.

Listening is a big part of the coaching process, so I listen to understand what my student/client needs. I develop a plan with my client and work toward a short and long term goals.
The coaching processes uses useful counseling tools, such as active listening and motivational interviewing. However, the coaching process is geared towards achieving a goal and changing behaviours.
