About Erin
I am a Management Consultant with over 16 year’s experience specialising in Corporate Strategy and Digital Transformation across the private and public sectors. I have spent most of my career working at Deloitte, Ernst & Young, Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (Australia), and Department of Human Services (Australia). I have also just started my own consulting business specialising in helping Senior Executive Leaders manage workforce cognitive health. I also have a PhD in workforce cognitive health.

Not everyone learns the same. My teaching method is adaptive based on the persons learning style and needs. I focus on helping each person develop their critical thinking skills by also asking open-ended and probing questions. I provide feedback that promotes development and growth, leading to confidence in the subject studied. I also apply active listening to ensure the person is grasping concepts, and I am engaged and aware of their needs and questions.
