About Caio
I am a husband and father who has been passionate about running since I was 18. After over 10 years competing in triathlons, running remains my constant. As a university professor teaching undergraduates in health and human sciences, my fascination with the human body and exercise physiology has always shaped the way I think about training and coaching. Academic life kept me from coaching full-time, but my passion for it never let me step away entirely. Over the years, I have always kept a small group of coachees who share the same love for running, and now I am ready to open that door a little wider.
