About Ajay
I am an Engineer with a masters degree. I have played alot of badminton during my undergraduate and post graduate. I have captained and represented both colleges several times at Inter Universities and All India Inter NIT Tournaments. I have coached and guided my teammates and other fellow mates since college.

Teaching Methodology is very simple and starting with getting to know the student first. After that planning out different routines for individual student. I like to keep notes of the progress of students. I have learnt the game with similar methodology, so I track students and help them avoid mistakes I made.
I include self assessment that benefits in understanding and feed back process.
