About Ingrid

I am a German grandmother living in a lovely small town in County Cork. I was teaching English as a Second Language in a preschool, German in a Primary School and teaching German (adults) for Berlitz Tunis. In recent years, I was mostly working as a private tutor (English and German), with students ranging from 6 to 60 years.
I have always enjoyed tutoring, tailoring lessons to my students' abilities and making classes as engaging as possible and look forward to meeting and connecting with new students.

About the lesson

Learning German can be fun. Don't be afraid! Every mistake is a lesson learned. - Your first class is free. We'll just have a chat to assess your level and discuss your needs and expectation. Then we can talk about learning tools/materials to be used, as well as scheduling.
- I am a great believer in speaking the target language during lessons, for the most part.
- Depending on students' requirements, I use additional media, such as videos, songs, rhymes.
