About Hugh

I have been teaching EFL for almost ten years. I hold a bachelor’s degree in English literature from the University of Hull, UK and a master’s degree in linguistics from University College London. I also hold a Trinity College certified TESOL qualification in teaching English to speakers of other languages. I have gained experience in TEFL in Hong Kong and Russia.

About the lesson

I aim to provide engaging and well-planned EFL lessons that give students specialist tuition and communicative practice of the English language. My teaching method involves clear goals and objectives for each lesson, a focus on student talking time, effective error correction and guidance for your language learning journey. I use teaching materials that make lessons fun, captivating and support the course book.
