I have 20+years of training experience in pre-professional and professional ballet. I’ve studied many other styles of dance and movement and have a deep understanding of how ballet helps translate into other activities and vs versa. I’ve worked with all ages and strive to help people meet their goals.

Perfect! I had a wonderful first lesson with Allison. She was patient, encouraging and incredibly knowledgeable. I especially loved how she explained not only ballet technique but also the differences between various dance styles, which made the lesson both educational and inspiring. She created a welcoming atmosphere and left me even more excited to continue learning ballet.
