I am a certified barre and Pilates instructor who is passionate about helping others feel strong, confident, and motivated. I bring professionalism, patience, and positive energy to every class, always making sure my students feel supported and encouraged. With experience teaching different levels, I know how to adapt my approach so each student feels comfortable while still being challenged. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where progress feels natural and enjoyable.

My barre and pilates lessons are taught online, making it easy to join from the comfort of your home. Each session includes a guided warm-up, targeted exercises to strengthen and tone, and a calming stretch to finish. I adapt to all levels, whether you’re a complete beginner or more advanced, and focus on posture, flexibility, and core strength. My goal is to make every class supportive, effective, and energizing so you leave feeling confident and connected to your body!
