About Andrew
I am a British national with permanent residency in the Czech Republic. I have an an MBA with specialization in strategic planning and change management. I have utilized my strategic knowledge in a number of positions. Having served Her Majesties government in a senior role in the 90S I was responsible for the implementation of a major strategic change project that still has an impact today. As Dean of Business for the London School of Business and Finance, I used strategic planning tools (7 steps, SWOT, Porters Value Chain, Porters Competitive environment and 4Ps) to guide the future and highly successful strategic planning.
On the theoretical side I have written several papers that used Strategic Planning to allow organisations to accurately place themselves in the competitive market. I consider myself an expert on Strategic planning, especially Strategic Change
